Not another fancy- ... Not another fancy-looking gadget. What happened with originality? Give me vintage, retro '60s, steampunk look. "oh, it's slick & shiny" - p**s off! Why am I not buying ... Why am I not buying an ipod? I want do drag and drop music on my own without having to go thru a complicated application (iTunes), which is also a computer resource hog. Also, no need to worry about iTunes automatically deleting songs when syncing up, plus I can sync my girlfriend's non-ipod device easily without getting non-compatability messages from iTunes. Apple has remained king because poor marketing? by their competition has failed to highlight their user-friendliness compared to Apple.
